Dashing Events Hire can provide a comprehensive variety of party equipment and décor, to be hired at a competitive price to afford the client with the opportunity to execute their envisioned event.
Pre-designed décor packages will be available to cater for every form of event. This includes children’s themed parties that will be designed to be age appropriate as well as relevant to the time period all the way down to the client who is planning a refined and elegant engagement party.
Dashing Events Hire goal in essence is to ensure that not only is the basic party equipment accessible to our clients, in which they may set up and decorate to their taste. But also provide the options for clients to make use of our party equipment along, with our décor both predesigned and customized by the client to afford the client to indulge in a more refined event such as 21st birthday parties, baby showers, engagement party etc.
Delivery & Collection can be arranged at additional fee
· Marquee Delivery & set-up fee not included
50% Non refundable deposit payable to secure booking
· Outstanding balance payable (in full) 7 days prior to function & delivery or collection
· Damage/breakage deposit min R1 500 payable (subject to change on owners decretion)
Damage/breakage deposit refundable within 7 days, from date of function
· All items to be returned clean (excl. linen). - If not, add fee of R30 per item will be charged and deducted from refundable breakage deposit.
